quickmon9No one needs to hear how bad our economy is right now. We all know it, and have lived it for going on three years now. So how do you attract money, or is it even possible? The answer is Yes!
It may require stepping out of your comfort zone to attract money to you. Here are a few tips on what may prove to be the best advise you will ever receive.
- Join a Social, Business or Religious Group
One of the best ways to attract money is to meet and mingle with other people. Expanding your circle of friends can open many doors for you.
- Attend a seminar or short course
My husband,Tim, attended a three-day course on commercial real estate a few months ago. He had been working in residential real estate for years and everyone knows how bad that’s been. So he stepped out to learn something new.
In doing so, he was very impressed with the teacher of the course and made it a point to talk to him. I won’t bore you with the details, here’s the bottom line. After several months of interaction with this man, he was so impressed with Tim he gave him several commercial listings to work. His teaching schedule precluded him from giving the listings the time and energy they needed and Tim was his choice.
- Do not let anyone deter you from your goals
The example of Tim above is more relevant than you may think. Tim was told by that same teacher in their initial interaction that he was too old to work in commercial real estate. No office would want to hire him at his age of 64. Yet, Tim did not let that deter him and impressed the man so much, he hired him.
